A BOATING DISASTER.
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, September 7, (Received Sept. 7, at 9.15 p.m.) An otlicer and 11 soldiers were drowned at Kustendji (a port on the Black Sea) through a boat capsizing during the mancmivres.
