With reference to the Seddon Memorial and the meeting recently held at Wellington advocating the establishment of .scholarships or a Now Zealand Technical University, the Thames Borough Council has postponed calling a public meeting until a definite decision is arrived at by the'executive in Wellington. It is probable (hat. in accordance .with previous resolutions, it will contribute up to the full amount permissible bv law.
