LONDON, August 6. (Received August 6, at-10.38 p.m.) The Admiralty has finallv abandoned its efforts to refloat the bnttfesiiip Montagu, wliicli went ashore recently. Heavy seas have seriously weakened the vessel's hull, and rendered her until for future service.
