Whittimrham, brewer, Waikiwi,, was fined £5 for failing to fulfil the requirements of the Beer Duty Act, in that in supplying:' kegs of beer'to th" previously-mentioned defendants ho did not place th odiity stamps and the top holes in such relative positions that tho stamps must be destroyed in withdrawing tho beer.
