HAMILTON-GARMONG MISSION.

A large number of peoplo attended tho Tabernacle, Great King street, last night, when Messrs 0. E. Hamilton and Garmong conducted tho second of aseries cf evangelistic services. Tho eaily part of the meeting took the form of a song service, an/1 during the evening tho singing was led by Mr Garmong in a bright and attractive manner. Tho subject of Mr Hamilton's address centred round tho question, " TYihy do I believe in Christ?" Taking as his tost "the great confession of tho Apostle Peter, no found' in Matthew IG-IG: " Thou are tho Christ, the Son of the Living God," the speaker proceeded to shove thai this confession implied -a threefold belief. Further, wo must consent to tlie laot that Christ is 110 impostor, hut He ha,i fulfilled all prophecies that Ho made concerning Himself and His earthly ministration.
