— The following are by law deemed to b(> British subjects:—All persons born in hi? Majesty's dominions, whether of British or foreign parents: children of naiuralboin British subject*, wherever born; grandchildren oi natural-born British subjects, wherever born; persons naturalised by special act of Parliament or under the provisions of the Naturalisation Act of 1870. Natural-born British subjects can only deprive thomselves of British nationality if they happen to be horn in the British dominions of foreign parts (in which case they may, if of full age and if under no disability, make a declaration of alienage), of if they voluntarily become naturalised in a foreign State,
