Men's Singles.—Dickie (Taranaki) beat Grossman (Auckland), G—l, 6—3; Keith (Auckland) beat Wallace (Taranaki), S-6..G-3; Nicholson (Taranaki) beat Paterson (Auckland), 6-0, G-2.
Ladies' Doubles.—Miss Udy and Mrs Cooper (Auckland) beat Misses 'Payne and Thomson (Taranaki), G-2, C—l.
.Combined Doubles.—Griffiths and Miss Payne (Taranaki) beat Upton and Mrs Cooper (Auckland), 6—B, 7—5, 9—7.
Men's Doubles.—Dickie and Wallace (Taranaki), beat Grossman and Keith (Auokland), 6-1, G—l; Nicholson and Griffiths (Taranaki) beat Paterson and Upton, 6-1, 7—5, Owing to the inclemency of tie weather in the morning play did not start till 3 o'clock. The balance of the matches will be played on Monday morning.
