N.B.—The'public is reminded'that letter postage for the United States of America is I.\A per half-ounce; newspapers, Id for tho first 407„ and Jd for each additional 2oz or fraction thereof.
CAUTION., The public is warned against posting largesized newspapers or packets in the City or Suburban Post Office Pillars, ' Lnmp-post Boxes, or Wall Receivers. Such large-sized articles are liable to stick and cause the box in which they are posted to overflow.
