N.E.—The public is reminded that letter postage for the United States of America is 21d per half-ounce; newspapers, Id for tho first doz. and Id for each additional 2oz or fraction thereof.

CAUTION. The public is warned against posting largesired newspnncrs or packets _in the City or Suburban Post' Office Pillars, Lamp-post Boxes, or Wall Receivers. Such large-sized articles are liable to stick and cause the bos in which they are posted to overflow.
