Trotter to sell by public auction, as above, The Greonvalo Station, Stock and Plant, as a going concern, and consisting of: 23,930 acres pastoral leasehold country; annual rent, £150. Term, 14 years from Ist March, 1898. 30 acres freehold, on which Station Buildings are situated 7000 Sheep and Lambs; about half merino, half crossbreds 120 Cattle Horses, working plant,, etc., etc. The Property is all* sound, healthy sheep country.
