TO THE EPITOB. Sir,—l should Jiku to reply to Mr Bishop's letter in your issue of the 13th inst., in which bo states ho fails to understand the action of th<i board. I may say that I wrote to Mr Bishop on 3rd January asking him to havo all the Road Boards property removed from his house to the board's office on or before 6th January. He sent up a part of the property, and although ho has received two lottors sines then re the board's property ho still keeps tlio other part.
