(Received Feb. 15 at 7.30 a.m.) Six masked revolutionaries entered a savings bank in this city. ' They fired 30 shots, demanding the cash, killing a policeman, and wounding three depositors. The cashier fired at one of the revolutionaries, who was subsequently arrested. The rest fled, (Received Feb. 15, at 8.25 a.m.) The Voryrartli publishes SI. Durnovo's secret despatch instructing the Governors to exterminate, not to arrest, rioters, and to burn their houses. It- is, he says, imperative to oppose the monstrous despotism of the revolutionaries by tho strongest remedies, or the Empire will'bo mined. The soldiers at Tiflis arrested and searched l the Turkish Consul-general. LONDON, February W. (Received Feb. 15, at 8.25 a.m.) The Times' St. Petersburg correspondent states that it is intended to purchase eight million acres of private lands for Allotment, tho peasants paying (lie owners in bonds yielding 5 per cent, interest.
