Fell, the Conservative candidate who was returned for Great Yarmouth, alleging bribery and treating. THE EDUCATION BILL. February 12. (Seceived Feb. 12. at 10.23 p.m.) Mr Augustine Birrell (President of the ■Board of Education), speaking at Halifax with reference to the Education Bill, said he trusted that ill-nourished children would be dealt with in a generous spirit. LABOUR REPRESENTATIVES. The Labour Representation Committee's report declares that the election of 29 of its candidates necessitates the doubling or the affiliated societies' subscriptions, and states that the burden ought not to be imposed at all, as the party was doing national work and ought to be paid out of the national fnnds. THE IRISH NATIONALISTS. The Nationalist party, in re-electing Mr Redmond as leader.' resolved that it was nimble to enter into an alliance or to permanently support any, party or Government not making national self-govern-Sient for Ireland its cardinal point.
