(Received Dec. 15, at 10.20 a.m.) In connection with the execution of Hagen, Espade, and Marques for the murder of Mr Liebglib at Broome, Espade and Marques had an angry altercation on the scaffold, lasting some minutes. This and Espade's grasping the rope unnerved the executioner, and led to the serious accident to Webster.
