Breach of a Prohibition Order.—liaurice Michael, 'a prohibited person, '- plcadsd Guilty" fo being on the licensed premises Of the Provincial Hotel daring the currency, of a prohibition order against him, and he also pkaded "Guilty" to refusal to leave the said licensed premises when ordered to do so. —Sub-inspector Green stated that tho accused went into the hotel while in a state of intoxication, and when ordered off the premises he went into the back bar and created a cfis.turbar.ee,—A line of 40s, in default 0110 month's imprisonment, was imposed on the first charge, and 10s, or <8 hours, on tho second,

Creating a Disturbance.—Patrick Keogh pleaded *' Guilty" to drunkenness and disorderly conduct in Arthur street.—Subinspector Green stated that tho accused, who lied only, recently come out of gaol, visited the home of some of his relatives in Arthur street on the previous day and created a disturbance.—His "\Vorship severely reprimanded tho accused for his conduct, and warned 'him that if lie came befors <iho court again he would bp rigorously dealt with, Ho'would on the present occasion be afforded one more opportunity to reform, and would be convicted and ordered to come up for sentence when called on.
