' ;■ , Twchty-sev«ii prisoners in the gaol were injured.;, : ; : Alarming shocks were:felt at Catanhro, Messina, and Reggio../ September 9. /(Received Sept.. 10, at 4.31 p.m.) There have been 300 deaths as a result, of the earthquakes, and entire villages have been destroyed., There are 2200 homeless people at Martinono. One hundred people were killed. at Stefiinacont, 65' at San Gregorio, 60 at Triparni,, and 60 at Piscopio. The reports are still incomplete.
