Press Assooiction—By Telegraph*—Copyright. WASHINGTON, August 27. (Received August 28, at 8.57 a.ni.) President Roosevelt was three and a-half hours in the submarine Plunger, resting at the bottom of Long Island Sound, at a depth of 40ft. A storm was raging above, but was unnoticed by the party.
