The Belgian Government has invited the Commonwealth to be represented at the first International Conference on Radiology, to be held at Liege in September. The Government replied that it was unable to be represented, but referred the matter to the universities of the Royal societies. PNEUMONIA PLAGUE. BRISBANE, June 10.
