'Saturday afternoon a most enjoyable rifle ma Mi was fired on the Engineers' range (kindly lent for the occasion) between teams 1 representing Messrs Satgood, Son. and Ewen'a factory and Messrs Michaelis, Hallenstein, and Farquhar's tannery,. Sawyers' Bay. The match was a vory closely-contested one throughout and resulted in 3, very close''finish, Sargood's men winning by 2 points.
