Raymond & co,, have received instructions from the Admmistiatois m the Estate of the late George Crosbie to offer at auction as above: That Very Choice Fiecliold Farm, near Wyndham, containing 435 aores, being Section 5, Oterarnika Hundred. This splendidly-situated Pioperty is subdivided into 10 paddocks, 40 acres being in stubble, 50 acres nowly sown down, 40 acres broadcast turnips, 40 acres just been limed, 35 acres one-yeai old glass, tho balance from two to six yeais' old, all being splendid pastme. A largo area has been tilc-drained.< and the low-lj ing part of the farm is drained witn open ditohes, all in first-class order. The Property includes a large, well-built Dwelling-house of 12 rooms, including bathroom and pantry; a good orchard; and all necessary outbuildings in good repair; a first-rate 8-stalled stable, with a harness and chaff house; a splendid barn, 24 x 24, with asphalt floor, and loft overhead; also one looseboi.
