Press Association—By l'clegraph-Copyright. PARIS, April 25. (Received April 25, at 9.48 p.m.) President Loubet. and members of the Ministry, ivitli the exception of M. Delcassc, are visiting Bordeaux on the occasion of the Gymnastic Societies' fete, but chiefly for 'to-day's unveiling of the Oambctta Monument'. President Loi&et. in a speech, emphasised France's love of concord and the amity of all nations. He remarked, on receiving officers, that thr strength of the army and navy is tin best- guarantee for peace and the main, tenanco of the dignity of France. Xing Edward lands at Marseilles on Saturday, and interviews President Loubet at Paris.
