ABBOTSFORD PRIMITIVE MELODIST CHURCH.

Harvest thanksgiving services were held ill the Abbotsford Primitive Methodist Church on Sunday last, appropriate i-ermons being preached by Mr 0. W. Wilkinson in the morning and by Mr A. Austin in the evening. A sale of goods was held on Monday night, the proceeds of which are to ho devoted lo renovating the church. A musical programme was given by the members of the Ken- Primitive Melhoclist Church choir, under the leadership of Mr Rcnfrce, with Miss Coatsworth as organist. Short addresses were given by the Rev. S. Bailey and the Rev. W. Laycoek, the latter of whom acted as chairman. Votes of thanks to the. speakers and singers and the pronouncing of the benediction by Sir Davidson brought a most enjoyable evening to a close.
