(Received April 4, at 9.50 a.m.) Fifty-six Poles, for resisting mobilisation, were court-mnrtialled at Siedlintz. Four were seut-enccd to be shot, and 39 to heavy terms of imprisonment. The rest were acquitted. Many bogus proclamations are being circulated inciting the people to beat and hill the Jews and Poles. They arc generally in the name of the Czar and the Orthodox Church.
