(Psb United Pbkss Assooiation.) NEW PLYMOUTH, February 11. Tlie joeltcy O'Connell, injured while riding Inniskillen on Thursday, regained consciousness last night. No bones were broken. He is rapidly improving. WESTPORT, February 11. Patrick Ryan, proprietor of the Victoria Hotel, fell in his bar on Thursday and badly broke his right leg. He was admitted to the hospital, where he died last' night. He was in bad health generally.
