Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, February 2. (Received' Feb. 2, at 11.37 p.m.) Mr Chamberlain addressed a meeting of 7000 at Gainsborough chiefly on Imperial ' aspects. He explained that the Empire was at present a loose bundle of sticks, bound by a thin, tie of sentiment, and sympathy, so slender that it single blow might shatter it. The Empire built bysacrifice must be maintained by sacrifice.
