WAITING FOR THE BALTIC FLEET.
THE RUSSIANS ALERT. LONDON, January 11, (Received Jan. 12, at 7.35 a.m.)
It is reported in Mauritius that the Japanese fleet is at Maldives Islands, in the Indian Ocean.
Admiral Hozlukstvcnsky has redoubled his vigilance since he was informed that a Ueet was .coming to meet him. Two of Admiral Rozhdestvensky's colliers are at Labaun, and' two Japanese transports are in the vicinity.
