The establishment of co-oporativo freezing works at Wellington was discussed recently by those'interested in tho dairy industry, but tlio difficulties in the way wero so formidable that the project was not persevered with. Now nil agreement has boon entered into betwccu tho _ National Dairy Association and the Wellington Meat Export Company, under whioli the company is to provide cold storage for butter at its Waterloo quay works, on condition that the Dairy Association binds itself and the factories under its control to use this cold storage exclusively.
