HOBAKT, October 15. (Received Oct. 15, at 10.20 a.m.) The will of the late George Adams has been published. Tho trustees are empowered to carry on any business the deceased may have been conducting. After providing annuities and bequests to relatives and others, and each to his executors for their trouble, they are directed to sell his real estate and to collect his personal estate in New South Wales and elsewhere than 1 Tas" mania. Out of tho net profits of such sale they dro to pay any- mortgages or debts from time to tirno, aiul the balance of such net profits is to be placed in trust in favour of charities in tho Commonwealth and Now Zealand".'

The testator also gives to tho same purposes all moneys in his prize sweep consultation business the claim whereto niiglit be or become barred. The trustees have conferred upon them, the fullest powers for carrying on the sweep business, and are directed to divide liia profits in the following proportions'.— David Hastie Harvey, one-tenth; Thos. Joseph Adams, oiie-tcnth; William Alexander Finlny, one-Lentli; Gerald Joseph Bai'ty, duetwentieth ; tlits trustees of Sir Edward 81-addon (deceased), one-twentieth; Sir Philip- Fysli, one-twentieth; • Alfred Page, one-twentieth; the estate of Henry Isidore Joachim Rooko (deceased), one-twentieth; John Bury Cumin, one-twentieth; Henry Thorpe Sydney, one-twentieth; for distribution at the discretion of the trustees among his employees in tho sweep business, one-tenth; for the furtherance of the said business, one-tenth. llie shares of any legatees falling in, by death or otherwise ai'o to go to swell tho charity trusts.
