PUMPING WINE ON THE FLAMES

(Received Oct. 17, at 1.1 a.m.) Hardy's liauksido wine-cellars mid buildings, with 110,000 gallons of wine, wero destroyed by fire. The damage is estimated at £20,000.- Owing to" tho scarcity of water 10,000 gallons of wine wero used to extinguish the flames.
