SYDNEY, September 10. (Received Sep. IG, at 1.8 a.m.) As a result of the application of the Miners' Union to the Arbitration Court the northern colliery-owners have agreed to withdraw the notices of a reduction of the selling price of coal and tjie liewing rates, which were to come into operation to-morrow, pending the court dealing with the question of working conditions.
