The total quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 2,910,000 quarters, and for the Continent 1,675,000 quarters; tho Atlantic shipments aro 47,000 quarters, and tho Pacific shipments 3000 quarters.

NEW ZEALAND DAIRY UNION. WELLINGTON. September 14. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Dairy Union was bold at "Woodville to-day, about 70 shareholders being present. The balance sheet and report were adopted. The number of directors was increased to seven. Messrs Moss, linyner, V 035, and Matife were elected. Considerable discussion took place on the management of tho union, several shareholders expressing dissatisfaction. It wa.s decided to present tho original directors with a memento of their connection with the union.
