Peter Meek.— Claim ± l 5 ss, for goods supplied.—Mr lnvin appeared for plaintiff, for whom judgment was given with £1 5s Gd costs. Archibald Neil v. Edwin Horn.—CJaim £2 5s Bd, goods supplied.—Judgment v.*as given for plaintiff for that amount anil 17s tests—Mr .Moore appeared for the plaintiff. John A. Doult v. William James Mcara. (Greymouth).—Judgment was given for the plaintiff for £25 os 2d, value of goods supplied, and costs (I'-J Ss).—Mr Moore appeared Icr plaintiff. D. Benjamin and Co. v. Andrew Holden (Auckland).—Claim £29, amount of dishonoured promissory note.—Judgment was given for that amount, with 15s costs. Powjey and Iveasl v. George Ohccsenian (Pctone).— Judgment was given for the plaintiffs, by default, for costs 10s 3d), the sum having tarn paid into court. John Lindsay v. William Turnbull.—Claim of £2 Os 2d. on a judgment summons.—Defendant was ordered to pay the ssuu of 12s 2d, inclusive of costs, or, in default, to go to gaol for '13 hours.—Mr Irwin appeared for plaintiff.
