TO THE EDITOR. Sill, —The .report in your paoer of the 22nd of my evidence at the "inquest of Robert Lylo is most inaccurate and mislcndiiiß. The following is what I said:— '•111 tl'j! right lobo of the liver I-found alargo hydatid cyst; the other abdominal organs wore healthy. On examining the chest I found the lungs healthy. The heart enlarged. The valves of the heart, with one exception, wore healthy; this one (tho mitral valve)* was tliickened and enlarged. In (he wall of the heart behind this diseased valve I found a small hydatid cyst, which had ruptured into tho heart and interfered'with'tho circulation."
