Tim Czar attended General Bobrikoff's funeral. A letter was found in the pocket of Schaumann, the assassin, in which ho reminded the Czar of his loyalty, and feeling the breach of tho pledge? given at his accession. Ho stigmatised General Bobrikoff's and M. Plehves's lies as causing the abnegation of Finnish rights and liberty. A copy of tho letter was previously sent to a friend for transmission to the Czar.
