THE PROPOSED CATHEDRAL.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—l nolico that Mr Hewitson, writing over the date of May 27, asks the Primate, of Hie Anglican Church " whether Dr Watt or any other Presbyterian (minister would bo allowed 'to conduct or tako part in a, service in the. 'Anglican Cathedral," etc., and he concludes by stating (in plain English) that the support of the Presbyterians will, ill a measure,' depend upon it. I would ask Mr Hewitson two questions—ft) Havo all the. Presbyterian churches, ill Duucdin and elsewhere, been erected solely by Presbyterian subscriptions? (2) If not, are, the Presbyterian pulpits open to the ministers of ail those denominations whoso members have subscribed throughout the land for the erection of the churches for the' Presbyterians?—l am, etc.. One Who Wouid Like to Know.
