SHOOTING.

A match was fired yesterday between teams from the Kailaiigata Rifles and the Dunedin Rifle Club. The Dunedin City Guards should also have been represented, but at the last moment they..were unable to raise a team owing to Eonio of their men having to go to work. The conditions of the match, were:— Eleven men a-sitle,. the':lowest to stand out; ranges 200, 500, and COO yards, seven shots at each distance, with. two optional sighters.
