(Feb United Press Association.) TIMARU, .Tune 2. Four young men (brothers) named Leonard were charged with making a fake declaration under the Land for Settlements Act relative to their ages. All four made falso declarations in applying for lots in the Ecclestan settlement in May, 1902, and two of them when applying for lots at Rosowill. All pleaded guilty, and were remanded for soistenco by the Suprpmo Cpurt here on Tuesday next.
