Sir Landrcth wrote asking tho board to cotue to terms;with Mrs Wilson, Broad Buy, in regard to the proposed now rojd leading through hef property, from tho beach to the Camp Estate.—Resolved that n deputation interview Mrs Wilson on the subject, and report to the board. Messrs Milne, Findlay, and Stcvons, solicitors to the board, forwarded an opinion re motor bicycles running on the Beach, road, and stated that the board x hiul authority to deal with all vehicular traffic on the road.—liesolved that the by-law be so amended as to -prevent motor cars or bicycles running on the Beach road. A tender from Mr D. Leithly for 100 yds of metal from E. Seaton'fl quarry was necopted.
