to tick r.iji'roii. , Sir,—What nils tho Presbyterian minister of Koslyn at First Church congregation and tho minister of their choice that ho should n:akc such reckless statements regarding the adherents of tlio church and the call to IJr Nisbct, and why hadn't lie tlio grace to admit the common sense of Mr \Y. H. Adams's admirable reply to his unwarranted insinuations? Some months ago, at .1 meeting of the Dunedin Presbytery, Mr Chkhohn joined in a most undeserved condemnation of mem- . v bcrs and office-bearers of his church as Sabbath-breakers, and to this day I hava not heard that ho has oven expressed tho slightest; regret. Mr Chisholm deplores that while ihoro are 20,000 Presbytcriano; in Duucdin and suburb-, of those tliero are only a little over 4003 members; and one- wonders how far this undesirable state of altitirs is duo to tlio nonsense talked in our Church courts.— I am, etc., Dunedin, March 29.
