TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—l was a passenger by tlio 6 p.m, tram from G'aversham. The inspector came through at Kensington. One lady had dropped her ticket, and the result was tho tram was stopped for some minutes. S!io was ordered out, nud as she refused to go an unnecessary delay was caused. Several ot tho passengers protested, myself included, but no notice was taken, and the result was I lost my train for Port Chalmers and had to wait about for [ully two hours.
