OUTRAGE BY MACEDONIANS. THE SULTAN'S MISSION STILL DETAINED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 25. (Received April 20, at 4.37 p.m.) A Macedonian band, in order to avenge the murder of their leader, killed -10 Bashi Bazouks and 15 gendarmes near Petrick, and also captured, disarmed, and released 20 soldiers. The Sultan's pacificatory' mission, is still detained at Ipek. LONDON, April 25. (Received April 20, at 4.37 p.m.) The Times' Sofia correspondent says that- tho Russians at Odessa are preparing to establish ethergrams to Varna, in order to avoid messages passing over the Roumanian telegraphs.
