DRAUGHTS CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT.
(From Our Special Reporter.) CHRISTCHURCH, April 16. Play in tho New Zealand droughts championship tournament was resumed this morning. Lucas, by scoring two wins each from Bruce and Boswell, placed his claim to sccond place beyond ■ dispute. Gardiner played six games, scoring two wins from Crook and Boswell and two draws with J; N. Thomson. Brodie scored a win and a draw from Fleming and two wins from Crook. Boreham enlunccd his score by winning two each' from Fleming end Bruce. Hilliker played two draws with Boswell.
