LONDON, 'April 14. (Received April 15, at 9.48 a.m.) A Queenslauder and a Dutchman were travelling in a train between Loudon and Harwich, when an insulting remark was mado by the Dutchman about the Queen. This provoked the Queenslauder, and a light ensued, the Dutchman being severely handled. Both men when arrested had their faces covered with blood.
