(Received Maroh 6, at 10.4 p.m.) A Blue Book published to-day snowa that the Austrorßussian scheme for dealing with Macedonia was communicated to Lord Landsdowne on February 17. The British Government, in order to avaid delay, accepted it immediately on prinoiple, recommending .the Sultaji to accept it also, but reserved the right to make further proposals if, on trial; the scheme proved inadequate.
