NORWAY ARMING. Pro 33 Assooiation—By Tolograph— Copyright. CHRTSTIANIA, March 4. (Received March ;3, at 9.11 a.m.) A preliminary mobilisation of the Norwegian forces is now proceeding. This is declared not to bo duo to any movement for secession from the NorseSwedish compact, but is connected with Sweden's and Norway's defensive movement, they fearing a Russian attack, after the secret Note wherein last year Russia demanded an alliance or the cession of part of Norseland.
