SYDNEY, March 3. (Received Starch 3, at 10.3-1 a.m.) Mr Fehon, Railway Commissioner, expresses himself as struck during his recent visit with the prosperous condition of the pastoral, agricultural, alul mineral industries of New Zealand. The railways, he says, are working up to a high standard, while the general appearance of prosperity is heightened by the absence of groups of unemployed.
