A memorial signed on tte morning's return train by 175 excursionists is being sent to tho Minister of Railways, expressing . regret- that .it is proposed to vary the present arrantremcnt under which tho steamer trip to t-'v» Head of . tho Lake en Sunday is to be' discontinued and one on Monday substitute!. The signatories point out that many people cannot stay rnvav from world over Monday, and they asl; the Minister to reconsider his decision.
