Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, January 19. (Received Jan. 20, at 0.57 a.m.) The Sultan of Morocco's uncles, with 5000 troops, have started from Fez to March to Tezn. They had a slight encounter with the Pretender's forces.
