J. L. Gurr; Eockysido, half-acre—sold on account of Mr T. H. Gill to Mr F. S. Martin; Main South road, Gwersham, threequarter acre,, known as St. Peter's. Church, endowment—sold to Mr T. Hurd. Messrs Wright, Stephenson, mi Co. report having sold at satisfactory prices, on account of the New Zealand Agricultural Company (LiDiited), the following blocks of land, being portions of that company's Waimea estate:— Five acres, being allotment 12, block I, Company's Survey No. 11, to Mr T. J. Sherbone. Gore; 358 acres, being parts sections 82 and 317, Hokonui district, to Sfr Duncan Mliean, Batfour; and G2J acres, being part section 414, Hokonui district, to Mr AHiae Waytc, Olamits.
