Claim £8 2s lOd, for rent on section 32, block VII Dunedin and East Taieri district, and for rater on the aarne property.—Judgment was given in favour of plaintiff for £6 15s, the claim, lor rent only, with costs (25s 6d).-Mr Sim appeared for plaintiff. ! Iho Dresden Piano Manufacturing Company \. Reginald C. Fergusson.—Claim 19s 2d, for smu3io.—Judgment for plaintiff, with costs' (Gs). Itobert. Sutton v. Margaret Wfciaton.—Claim £2 11s 6d, for rent of and damage to a cottage at South Dunedin.—Judgment was given for plaintiff for £2 Bs, with costs (6s). Francis William Payne v. the Ruby Gold Dredging Company.—Claim £185 4s 3d, balance due to plaintiff for professional service*. The •■r-otal rommiasion was £285 is 3d (6 par cent, on £4974), and of this £100 had been paid.— Mr Sim appeared for plaintiff, there being no appearance on behalf of the defendant company.—Judgment was given for plaintifi for ■the suro claimed, with costs (£8 12s 6d). Ahlfeld" Bros, and Co. v. Douglas Taylor (Gnre).—Claim £9 Us sd, for goods.—Judgment w*s given for. plaintiffs for that amount, with costs (25s Gd). A. Myera v. George M'Gregor (Balclutha).— Claim' M 12s 6d, for clothes.—Judgment for plaintiff, with costs (6s). Robert Sutton v. Charles East (Caverebam).— Claim £2 29 6d, for rent.—Judgment for plaintiff,, with costs (6s). Robert Sutton v. William Wright.—Claim j£3 10s, for rent.—Judgment was given for plaiatic for £3 ss, and l costs (6s). Fanny Elizabeth Diamond v. Edwin Chaplin (North-East Valley).—Claim £2 lls, for grazing. Judgment was given for defendant, with costs (£1 is). ,
